About the job
We need 24/7 home care to take care of my father in Minneapolis. Dad has a traechesotomy and a G-tube. Therefore, experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. We will also be working with a Hospice Organization that will provide extra care and support for Dad. We prefer an RN or LPN, but have a company that will train CNA to deal with the traech and the G-Tube. Payment will vary depending on levels of experience.
