Seeking Alzheimer's Provider In NE Minneapolis

I need a senior care provider with experience for a 74-year-old woman with Alzheimer's. Nancy is spunky and funny, and enjoys nature, arts & crafts, reading, Seinfeld, and animals. We have a house in Northeast Minneapolis and two dogs, and work during the day. Nancy has been in a care facility previously, and prefers to be around people with conversation skills. Our major concerns are Nancy wandering, feeding, helping us encouraging her to bathe. We are not particular about care location, and would love somebody who would take her to the library or arboretum. She is mobile and mostly just needs mental reminders of where she is/what she is doing. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed.
