We're looking for a companion for my sister on Wednesdays and Fridays, each week, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. She's 59-yrs-old, has early onset dementia, and is functional and very friendly. The companionship duties would include taking her on 45-minute walks inside in a assisted living facility (which is large and spacious) or outside during better weather, watching movies or tv shows, perhaps cooking lunch for both of you, going out for lunch or to a museum or a movie, etc. Anything that makes sense and passes the time. we'd like someone who's not too far . The pay would include commute mileage (0. 75/mile) and any other mileage, and we would cover any expenses you'd incur, such as movie tickets, museum entrance fees, cost of lunch, etc.
