Care Needed For Nonbinary Person With Long Covid

I need a care provider for my sibling in their 30s. They are non-binary and queer, so LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. They are suffering from long COVID, so the ideal caretaker would live a COVID-cautious life. Regardless, caretakers must take regular COVIDtests (provided) and mask at all times in the home. My sibling is currently fully bedbound, so assistance with diapers, bedpans, and the PureWick external catheter is a must. We can provide training on these tasks. Minor assistance with medication is needed (reminders, handing pills to them). They also need frequent snacks and beverages delivered to them in bed. They are on a primarily liquid diet, so some preparation of liquid food is necessary.
