Companion Care Needed For My Mother

We hope to start companion care for my mother in Minneapolis soon. For now, just 4-8 hours/week with possibility of more later. We are looking for someone to help with some meal preparation/cooking, light housework, running errands for and with her, taking her to doctor appointments, etc. We are not sure of the actual schedule yet, and this may be more of a conversation as we move forward. Seeking a kind, compassionate person with a sense of humor. My mom is a bright, lively, and fun 90-year-old with an active social life, but she also enjoys her privacy and doesn't want to "entertain" a caregiver with constant conversation. She has some vision and hearing issues, so needs more help these days.
