About who needs care: Communication difficulties due to Aphasia from stroke in November 2023. Mobility- transfers only to wheel chair with use of walker Not able to put weight on foot due to wound vac. Diabetic. Needs help with personal care - getting out of bed, taking shower, washing face, changing diaper, serving food, giving medicine, etc. About the care needs: Calm person, easy to talk to. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
