Care Needed For My Mother In Plymouth

We are looking for a kind, compassionate, easy to talk to person to help with care for my 82-year-old mother in Plymouth. She lives in an independent living apartment, in a senior community. Experience with managing medication is preferred. Additional responsibilities include helping with light meal planning and preparation. We are looking for someone who is a relationship person. She does not like people sitting in the apartment, asking what they can do to help. Our ideal person out be outgoing, engaging, and a self starter. We would like a non-smoker who is CPR / first-aid trained. Hourly shift times and lengths are somewhat flexible. Looking for help 2-4 hours in morning and 2-4 hours in the evening. Thank you.
