Trustworthy, responsible renter needed for attached private apartment who can assist with medication reminders, some physical therapy, simple household tasks, occasional transportation, and some home maintenance tasks for my dad in his late 70's. Great opportunity for a nursing/medical student. Located 20 minutes outside Duluth. This home/apartment is situated on a lake so outdoor enthusiasts are welcome to have full lake access. 6 month lease, with opportunuty to extend every 6 months. As time goes on, care levels may progress and be migitaged by rental costs. No utilities. High speed internet, no pets/smoking. Laundry on site. Services needed include: occasional transportation, meal preparation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and some mobility assistance.
