Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Big Lake

About who needs care: I need occasional care for when I have appointments- not regular dates/times. Mom lives with my husband and I and has her own space. She is very hard of hearing and mostly blind. She can walk around the house but is sometimes shaky. She likes to read but it is difficult for her to see pages on her ipad. If we are gone overnight, she would need meal prep assistance and taking the meal down to her, and cleaning up afterwards. Underlying condition diabetes controlled with oral medications. About the care needs: I am hoping to investigate caregiving that might be covered by Medicare/united Health care. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
