Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Bemidji

About who needs care: My Mom has Alzheimer's, not terrible, but would need someone to stop by once or possibly twice a day to reminder to take her meds and see that she is eating and drinking water. She does fine by herself but I would be more comfortable if someone stopped by for 30 minutes to an hour or so to check on her. My wife and I live with her and help her now but will be going out of town. My brother lives in the area but will be gone for a few of the same days as me. About the care needs: Caring with a sense of humor. My mom loves to chat and laugh. Someone who will stop by sometime before noon and give her a few meds, visit a bit, make sure she has eaten. Someone willing to chat with a nice woman and give her a reason to smile that day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
