Help needed for my father in his 70s with Parkinson's - seeking hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some of your responsibilities will be helping with dressing, moving from hospital bed to wheelchair and back, assistance in restroom. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with a cat and CPR / first-aid trained. My mother lives there too and is independent and can answer questions but isn't physically capable of taking care of my father.
