As Needed, Very Flexible Help With 73 Year Old Father (transportation To Appointments And Meals Out)

(MALE ONLY APPLICANTS)I am looking for a very responsible and professional assistant for my father. He is 73 years old and lives in an assisted living facility in Williamston, MI full time. He was recently diagnosed with early onset dementia. He is also a chronic heart failure patient. He can walk unassisted with a walker, but may need a little help getting in and out of the car. I am looking for someone for minimal and very flexible part time work. Someone to take him to medical appointments as needed and take very thorough notes. Someone who can pick him up and take him out to lunch once a week. No other elder care is needed as everything else is taken care of at his living facility.
