Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Law In Troy

MIL was recently discharged from the hospital and rehab and is currently a 2 person assist. We are looking for a 2nd caregiver in the late morning and later in the afternoon. The current caregivers are known to her. She will require assistance transferring from chair, ambulating, medication prompting, light meal preparation (currently is eating breakfast, soup and ensure), may require feeding periodically, bathing (either shower or bed bath), some light housekeeping, laundry, companionship and the ability to work as a team to provide her care.
