About who needs care: She has lived independently in her own home forever. Recently hospitalized with Covid. Now home, but the family feels she shouldn't be alone. About the care needs: Rita is very religious, Catholic. She likes to read. Her vision is good. She is alert and oriented x 3. Her big problem is she is so hard of hearing. Even with hearing aides. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
