Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One

About who needs care: 69-year-old developmentally disabled woman, mobile and able to care for many of her daily needs fairly independently. She lives in her own apartment in my brothers home. Recently experiencing hallucinations most often in evening and before sleep. Brother will be out of country for month of January and she needs to have a caregiver around the clock during that time to assure safety and well-being. About the care needs: Caring, calm, trustworthy individual for companionship who will support her independence but gently assist her when she is having difficulty. No special skill required. My sister likes music, simple art projects, helping with meal prep (she normally takes care of her breakfast and lunch on her own but caregiver responsible for dinner). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
