About who needs care: Nurse needed to pick up my 97-year-old mother and take her to doctors/dentists appointments (once or twice per month), stay with her through the appointment and take notes about what the doctor/dentist says. Then this person would send me an email with information about the appointment. About the care needs: Needs to be a female with good personality. My mother is a happy, loving person who needs transportation and assistance getting into and out of the car. She wears Depends and sometimes may need assistance changing before arriving back at the care center. Services needed include: transportation.
