I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Important - experience with vascular dementia and medication prompting is preferred. We might ask you to monitor baking, go thrift shopping, or go to the gym pool with the senior now and then. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments to convey medical information provided by family.
