He usually finishes breakfast around 10:30 or 10:45 am, so the day could start with sitting on the patio first and then move to playing cards before/during lunch. He eats lunch around 1:30 p.m. and that could be followed by watching some TV. About the care needs: Someone who: has a very high level of patience, is personable and friendly, and knows how to communicate with someone who has a dominant personality and doesn't fully realize their limitations (due to the dementia diagnosis). Someone who likes to laugh and someone who likes the same type of TV shows (history, documentaries, crime shows, etc.) would be a bonus.
