Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In South Lyon

About who needs care: 92-year-old father has catheter and lives at home with my mom. Has fair mobility but needs regular exercise to maintain at level. Needs someone to come in and give family respite. He needs someone to make sure he is drinking enough fluids, eats, and does his OT and PT exercises. Dad is a car buff and retired tool and die machinist. They live off-grid with solar. Mom currently capable of most housekeeping and care of herself. Dad just doesn't like her to tell him what to do and resists. He responds well to others who have been in to help (PT, OT). Mom is emf sensitive so cell phone has to remain in back room away from living space but can still be accessed if needed. About the care needs: Someone patient with the elderly; capable of leading PT and OT exercises; health conscious. Car enthusiast a plus but not necessary. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
