About who needs care: 2 years post broken neck. Walks with walker. Can feed self. Minimal assist with ADL. May have PT appt. Alert and oriented. Conversant. Needs one week so caregiver can have respite. Needs meal prep, only light housekeeping if any. May need assist fro dressing and shower. About the care needs: Someone who is good at conversation. Patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
