Live-in Home Care Needed For Myself In Rochester Hills

Help needed for myself in my 50s - seeking live-in home care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Medication management is required. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. I am having my wisdom teeth out and not supposed to be left alone. I am from CA and don't know anyone at all in Michigan, and I have a big dog I've hired a pet care to walk 4X per day while I heal. I need a nurse to check on me every couple hours the first day or two, and don't have a guest room but maybe they could drop in visit a few times every few hours or wait on the sofa. Any suggestions welcomed.
