Understanding the unique challenges and fluctuations that come with dementia and an ability to monitor and respond to mood changes with patience, kindness, and effective communication are required. Key responsibilities include supporting daily routines, ensuring a comfortable environment, engaging in stimulating activities that support cognitive/physical health and providing transportation to and from physical therapy. 3 days/week (flexible on days) 5 hours/day 15 hours/week CNA certification preferred. References required.
