Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Northville

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. Ideally it's someone to help keep the house clean and him on a schedule. He's a very nice guy, a bit overweight and struggles with mobility and motivation. He can bathe himself but needs encouragement and help putting on his compression socks sometimes. Some light tidying up is involved. Ideally changing the sheets, throwing in a load of laundry, or mopping the floor, wiping counters as needed. Maybe help with a special cleaning project every week like cleaning out the fridge from moldy stuff. Ideally this person helps get him on a schedule. Would show up and get him to take a shower, change clothes, put on socks, go for a walk or do his pt exercises, cut up fresh fruit and veggies. boil eggs, tidy up as needed and keep him company.
