Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New Baltimore

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She is just getting out of rehab and needs additional surgery but I don't know when that will be, schedule could vary week to week depending how much hands on care she needs at home and how often I will be working outside of the house.
