About who needs care: Heart problems, Diabetes, Cancer, Short Term Memory, Sometimes has mobility problems. About the care needs: I am looking for a person who can be flexible in scheduling hours worked and willing to learn knew skills. Knows how to deal with a person with short term memory problems. . Is knowledgeable and experienced in caring for people with diabetes, congestive heart failure and cancer. Is familiar with, or is willing to learn, special diets to manage health. Is willing to help with medication administration. Is also knowledgeable and willing to assist with ambulating and ADL as needed. Is willing to prepare simple meals and do light house keeping during their visit. Is able to provide companionship and provide transportation to a senior center and other places for outings and socialization if needed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
