Incontinent overnight but not through to sheets. Needs assistance with hearing aids and getting on shoes but can dress self. Needs assistance with eye drops and medication. Only limited vision in left eye but can (on occasion) read newspaper and do word search puzzles. Enjoys music and Andy Griffith show. About the care needs: Caregiver knowledgeable about caring for elder with dementia. Compassionate and patient. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
