About who needs care: *She had a stroke and cannot walk on her own. She has been hospital for 3 months and has responded very well to OT & PT. She will continue to receive OT & PT at home. She can feed herself, brush her own teeth. She needs help on and off commode. About the care needs: The caregiver has to be able lift her with a belt, which we have. Depending on the caregiver she is a 1-2 person assist. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
