Companion/Sitter For Elderly Father At Memory Care Facility

My father needs companions as he's a fall risk. He's recovering from a recent fall. He tries to leave his wheelchair but will ultimately fall if he walks. We need sitters during his waking hours (7a-7p) with 2-3 shifts scheduled daily for 2-3 coordinated sitters/companions & we're flexible with schedule coverage between 7a-7p. There are many activities daily as the facility is focused solely on memory care stimulation and engagement. Dementia experience and reliability is essential. Parking is available at the facility
