About the care needs: My MIL is very independent and can be stubborn. She's not used to needing help. We are looking for a female caregiver who is understanding and can help when family cannot be there for a couple of hours every day, subject to availability. The timeframe each day would depend on her schedule tho we would like to set a routine for her. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
