Someone relaxed, with a calm and comforting demeanor about them. The last caretaker we had was more-spirited than needed, was always talking and taking on big chores at the house. While incredibly kind and good at their job, it was too much stimulation and it ended up stressing Mom out and she was becoming agitated daily. So you see why a calm demeanor is important for me. Someone organized who is practical and thinks logically. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
