About who needs care: in nursing home, bedridden. having some dementia, she knows something is wrong with her memory and often cries because she doesn't know what happened. She needs personal care , someone who knows her name and shows her compassion and kindness. About the care needs: mom is a Christian and I know shed love someone that shares her faith. She loves the old hymns to listen to but has no way to listen to music as she is unable to even use her cell phone anymore. she needs help eating and drinking maybe a hair wash , cream on her dry skin.
