About who needs care: smokes outside, uses walker, TV on 24/7, catheter, toileting and cleanliness problems, sister is caregiver and there is difficulty communicating needs/wants. Prefers carry out food, cookies, toast and peanut butter. Has depression. About the care needs: upbeat, businesslike, direct. Able to help with toileting, showering, washing hair, encouraging independence with care of catheter. Nancy used to love reading, Stephen King especially, loves art and music especially Masked Singer these days. Is a good artist but is not currently active. Someone who would gently encourage body movement to improve energy and mind set. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
