About who needs care: Afaf is a 68-year-old female who recent got diagnosed with mild dementia. She is able to care for herself and complete all of her ADL. She needs assistance with household tasks, hobbies, lending an ear, going for walks and staying mentally active. About the care needs: Someone bubbly and able to just speak to her. She enjoys going on walks, having meals with someone, very easy to get along with. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
