About who needs care: Husband has been diagnosed with dementia. Still able to clean and dress himself. Interested in exercise: work out indoors and outdoors, previously an excellent athlete. Wpuld need a midday meal which I would provide (usually soup and a salad). About the care needs: Looking for a person who is a caring individual with a sense of humor, patience and the ability and training to deal with dementia symptoms. The person should be interested in fitness and how to encourage someone without exerting too much pressure. Someone who loves dogs! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
