About who needs care: Hard of hearing, not very mobile, likes to play games and visit, Spanish-speaking would be a plus. Thinking afternoons with either lunch or dinner. Maybe help with bathing (not sure on that yet). My father is also there (in his 90s) but she is the one that needs the social interactions.
