About who needs care: Recently had a stroke. In a rehab facility so getting the therapy and nursing assistance she needs. Just needs someone there to answer her phone, get an extra blanket for her, etc. About the care needs: Responsible, caring Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
