Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Scarborough

About who needs care: My mother has middle stages of dementia. My father is her sole care giver during the day. He needs someone to give him a break during the day. My mother needs someone to stay with her if my father needs to go out. She is very slow and unsteady on her feet but is able to go out shopping and to lunch, just very slowly. Her eyesight isn't the best so she will need help navigating. Walks through their neighborhood would be nice. She was an avid crafter and could possibly do the most basic of crafts. About the care needs: A woman I think would be best. Someone who is very patient and kind and won't mind hearing the same story over and over. Someone who will encourage her to go out and reassure her that she is OK if my father isn't there on their time together. Services needed include: companionship.
