About the job
Hi! My mom suffered a serious stroke in January. She still has left side deficits - almost no mobility in left arm/hand. She is getting strength in her left leg and can stand mostly on her own to get into a wheelchair and walk with support to the table. However she needs some transfer help and help with every day tasks and staying safe. She has some issues with being argumentative and defiant when being told what to do. My dad and I have been her primary caretakers. We also are working with someone from care. com 3 days a week. For these couple weeks in May, both me and my dad need to be away for at least some of these days. We're looking to hire someone for around $1500-2000/week who could stay in the house during that time, or at least some of that time. Not sure if this is a doable ask, but would love to talk!
