Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Alfred

About who needs care: Dad is 91. he lost his wife of 65 years and years ago. he moves VERY slow due to osteoarthritis in his hip but otherwise gets around pretty well. his memory is fair to poor. He's very pleasant and determined to be independent but could use help with cleaning and maybe grocery shopping and carrying bags in the house. He has a cat and he does well with her but litter box care is a challenge because its in the basement. About the care needs: I think a female would be preferable. Maybe someone middle aged or older. dad loves his cat and loves to talk about family. He enjoys watching movies and has been doing puzzles and reading the daily paper. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
