Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: My mom has MSA (similar to ALS) and is in need of help with ADL's transfers etc. She is wheelchair bound and right now a 1 person assist with a strong qualified caretaker. I am able to transfer her myself as well as the private care she already has in place. She is incontinent and needs to be toileted every 2-3 hours. She is on a thickened liquid diet and able to eat soft or mashed up foods. About the care needs: Must be a strong confident caretaker when it comes to transferring. Light housework and cooking are inviolved. My parents have a small rescue dog who is a sweetheart once you get to know him. He is not aggressive. Looking for an outgoing, personable caretaker Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
