Driver And Someone To Assist My Father To Dental Appointment

I am needing someone to take my father to and from his dental appointment. I am looking for someone that we can call for both my parents in the future to take them to and from the doctors office as well as sit in the appointment and put me on the phone. This person will stay throughout the appointment and then take my father home.
