I'm looking for companion care for my grandmother in her 100s. Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother. We need someone to be by our Grandmothers side during the day and make sure that she takes her pills. She is very mobile and cognizant it would just be a relief to have somebody around making sure that she takes her pills and check her blood pressure every now and then.
