About who needs care: Suprapubic catheter. Dad had a diagnosis of Multiple System Atrophy, a Parkinsonism. Need help with transfers, getting up/bedtime, showers, and flushing the catheter. Dad is able to walk with a walker but is mostly sedentary. He can feed himself but might need occasional help due to contractures in his hands. About the care needs: Experience with flushing a suprapubic catheter. Someone he respects my Dads dignity. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
