Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Potomac

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. Responsibilities include assisting with eating, going to the restroom and being transported from one location to another. Seeking someone who can handle meal preparation, and who can physically move an elderly man who has very limited mobility and feeling of his own. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
