CNA/RN caregiver needed for my dad (80s). He's a paraplegic & you will need to be physically fit & know how to use a Hoyer lift to get him in/out of bed, into his wheelchair. Once in his chair, he's mobile & able to work at his desk, eat, etc. Much of the day will be downtime, during which we want you to be able to help my mom (70's) with light housework such as meal prep, dishes, light cleaning/laundry. We have a wheelchair van & need someone with a good driving record to my parents to appointments and errands. Other tasks include (& can be trained) - empty colostomy & foley bag (2-3x per day) - check body for bed sores/fungus (daily) - sponge bath (2x per week) - exercise legs in bed (daily) - push wheelchair up ramp into house/van. - willing to potentially travel preferred but not necessary
