Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Port Deposit

About who needs care: Looking for help for both grandparents, Grandfather is mentally sound but is weak in the knees and has heart disease. Grandmother has alzheimer's and diabetes as well as having dizzy spells. Mainly looking for care in the evening through night if deemed necessary to help with bathing, medicine, diabetes management, and help to the bathroom to mitigate falls. About the care needs: Just looking for someone patient with alzheimer's patient who has some emotional breaks when they realize they are no longer who they used to be as well as reduce the strain on my grandfather. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
