About who needs care: My father will be discharged from a rehab rehabilitation center on February 28. Due to a diagnosed condition of his muscles, he requires some help with ambulating. He is able to use the walker. Also, because of this condition, it has caused a memory lapse, which we are hoping is temporary. He will need help feeding himself and using the bathroom. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
