About who needs care: A man with early to mid stage Dementia. He is fully ambulatory and likes to be involved in activities and get out of the community occasionally, so the hired caregiver must have a clean driving record. Looking for: Someone with a good sense of humor and has an understanding of the stages of dementia. CNA/GNA certification preferred Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, well-being oversight, redirection and kindness during confusion due to dementia.
