Supervision Care Needed

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support Carlos, a 20+ year survivor of stage 4 renal cell carcinoma, as his health needs grow. Since a debilitating stroke in 2018, Carlos has faced post-stroke deficits and progressing vascular dementia, impacting his memory, cognition, and impulse control. He relies on dialysis and has experienced declining mobility, with increasing fall, often at night or early morning, over the past 6 months. His son has been his full-time caregiver for 6 years but needs assistance to ensure Carlos's safety and well-being during times he can't have active eyes on him, needs to run errands, or take respite time. Responsibilities Supervision: Watch Carlos to prevent impulsive or unsafe actions. Mobility Support: Assist with mobility around home. Daily Assistance: Help with bathroom, medications.
