Hands-on Care (When Needed) For Our Mother

We need hands-on care to take care of our Mother. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. We would hire for 2 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the afternoon, when needed. This will be needed every so often to give me (the main caregiver/daughter) a break to get away for a few days. Another daughter would be home while I'm away. Aide needs to be able to transfer Mom from wheelchair to toilet and toilet to wheelchair & Mom weighs 118 lbs. Mom is unable to stand/walk. Experience with lifting/moving an elderly person is a must. We have bars on the wall at the toilet for her to grab onto & a raised toilet seat with handles. We would need help for 3 days in January 2025 (Wed Jan 22, Thurs Jan 23 & Fri Jan 24, 2025), all days the same times 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. hrs AND 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
